Tim Hymel
President
Born and raised in south Louisiana, Tim Hymel has made it his mission to bring big business technology to small business operations in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast.
Starting at IBM in 1973, Tim has spent his life learning everything he can about the ever-evolving field of technology and how it can be utilized by small businesses to work efficiently and prosperously.
Tim started Computer Source in 1981, one of the oldest IT companies in the country. Selling Computer Source in 1998, he rebranded his IT company and know-how into today’s Microland Computer Center.
When Tim is not at Microland, he can be found coaching softball, fishing, or at his Madisonville home with his wife, Wendy.
